Runners, walkers, and strollers of all ages are invited to participate in the 5K to help support the fight against cancer. All proceeds go to help cancer patients that cannot afford treatment. Each runner will receive a performance shirt (men's and women's sizing) and be entered in a drawing for prizes.

Overall awards can be picked up at the prize table at the finish line. There will be no formal ceremony for overall winners. Simply present a copy of your results card showing your place to claim your prize.
Age division awards will be given to the winners of each age group. Age division winners can pick up their prize at the awards table at the finish line.
Packet pick up will be on Friday, June 19, 2020, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., at Art Dye Park (1000 N. 550 E., American Fork, UT 84003). Please make sure to bring a valid ID. You may present signed note and a copy of a friend’s ID to pick up their packet for them.
Make it a family affair and bring all the kids to participate in fun activities while parents collect all their race goodies.
Each runner will receive a performance shirt (men’s and women’s sizing), finisher medal, and window decal. Additional goodies provided in your participant bag at packet pick-up.

A delicious breakfast, including FRENCH TOAST from our wonderful title sponsor, Kneaders, (who doesn’t love Kneader’s French Toast?!) will be provided to all runners. We want to help you celebrate your accomplishment and feed you right. Other refreshments, including Creamies, fruit and chocolate milk will be available…
Do you have friends and family coming to cheer you on at the finish line? Purchase a Kneader's breakfast ticket for your friends & family to enjoy breakfast with you after you cross the finish line. Breakfast tickets can be purchased during registration for any of the distances. Breakfast is already included in the registration fee for half marathon, 10K and 5K participants, this ticket is for spectators only. The spectator Kneader's breakfast will include one thick slice of Kneader's chunky cinnamon french toast served with homemade caramel syrup, fresh fruit, and your choice of milk or water. Spectators will simply present their ticket (to be emailed to you) at the breakfast tent on race day to enjoy their Kneader's french toast breakfast.
Visit our various vendor booths at the finish line and receive a FREE post-run massage at the massage booth, pick up some AF Canyon Run Against Cancer gear at the merchandise tent.
